Late Arrival Policy

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care, we want to share an important update regarding appointment timing and why arriving on time is essential.
Each appointment is carefully scheduled to allow the full amount of time needed to provide thorough, attentive care. When appointments start late, it can impact not only your visit but also on the care of patients scheduled afterward.

Beginning May 4, 2026, our late-arrival policy will be as follows:

If you arrive late, our team will make every effort to accommodate your appointment whenever possible. However, due to time constraints and in order to respect the scheduled appointment times of other patients, anyone arriving more than ten (10) minutes after their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you call our office so we can determine whether we will be able to see you as planned or if rescheduling will be necessary.
